These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the EnkorStay website and application operated by EnkorWithUs, a registered legal entity in Korea. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between EnkorStay (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and users accessing and using the services provided on the EnkorStay platform, including those provided by third-party operators (hereinafter “Host” or “Operator”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the services.
The EnkorStay platform provides an online space for users to post, offer, search, and book services. Members offering services are referred to as “Hosts” or “Operators,” while members booking and using services are “Tenants.” Hosts may provide accommodations (“Accommodations”), activities, tours, events (“Experiences”), visa or ARC services (“Visa Services”), and other travel-related services (collectively, “Host Services”). To access various features of the platform, users must register an account and maintain accurate account information.
As the platform provider, EnkorStay does not own, control, or manage any Host Services and disclaims any responsibility for damages related to those services. EnkorStay does not act as a real estate agent or insurer, and it is not a party to agreements between Hosts and Tenants. The Host is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and agreements with third parties concerning the services they provide.
2.1.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users should regularly review this page to stay informed about the current version of the Terms. Updates will be posted on this page, with the last modification date displayed at the bottom.
2.1.2 Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review any changes.
2.1.3 In addition to these Terms, users agree to comply with any other terms or policies adopted by the Company from time to time, including the Privacy Policy.
3.1.1 Mission
Our mission is to provide comfortable stays throughout Korea. Users can explore listings ranging from studios to hotels and independent homes to find accommodations that fit their lifestyle. Review descriptions, photos, and Host profiles to learn more about listings, and message Hosts directly for additional inquiries.
3.1.2 Role of EnkorStay
EnkorStay provides the platform for Hosts to list, offer, search, and book services. While we strive to offer the best experience, we cannot control the actions of Hosts or Tenants. EnkorStay may monitor platform use but is not obligated to do so. Content that violates these Terms may be blocked, edited, or removed at our discretion to maintain the platform’s quality and compliance.
4.1 Search and Filters
Users can search by accommodation type, proximity to universities, and other criteria. Filters enhance search precision. Search results are based on relevance, availability, and other factors such as minimum/maximum stay requirements or popularity. EnkorStay may periodically test different search algorithms to improve user experience.
4.2 Booking and Payment
When making a booking, users agree to pay the total fees (collectively, “Total Fees”), including service fees and applicable taxes. Upon booking confirmation, a direct contract is established between the Host and Tenant, governed by the Host’s policies and terms.
